RISE builds multifamily housing in Texas. We work fast, we build right, and we expect results. We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent who can handle the pressure and deliver exceptional work.
Responsibilities:
- Total project ownership: You’re responsible for everything on-site, from day one until project completion: schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
- Thorough documentation: Maintain detailed records in Procore, including daily logs, inspection reports, scheduling, and progress reports.
- Effective communication: Be the clear and consistent link between project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Blueprint mastery: Understand every detail of the construction documents.
- Strategic planning & execution: Collaborate on project plans, anticipate problems, and find solutions before they impact the project.
- Strong leadership: Guide your team, enforce safety protocols, and build a culture of efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solving: Identify and address potential issues before they arise.
- Subcontractor management: Hold subcontractors accountable to our standards.
- Material management: Oversee all procurement, deliveries, storage, and quality control on-site.
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years proven experience managing multifamily construction projects.
- Proficiency with Procore is highly desirable.
- Natural leadership ability. You command respect and motivate your team.
- Proven problem-solving skills. You overcome challenges with effective solutions.
